Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to be a partner?

Nothing: joining and all the tools are free.

Who pays for the transfer, and when?

Guests pay us directly, with no advance payment: at the end of the journey. You do not have to handle any payment.

What happens when a guest books?

They receive a quote with the final price; once they accept, we confirm driver and times and follow them until arrival. We know they come from you: your code travels with the booking.

Can I book for a guest myself?

Yes: from your partner area, with «Book for a guest», or by writing to us on WhatsApp.

Where do you go?

From Madonna di Campiglio, Pinzolo and the surrounding area to airports, train stations and cities: Milan, Bergamo, Verona, Venice, Trento and more. Every route, with its price, is in the price list in your partner area.

Does the booking box slow down my website? Does it use cookies?

No: it is lightweight and uses no cookies, so your cookie banner stays as it is. It adapts by itself to phones and computers and to the language of your website.

Can prices change?

The price list is always the one in force: it follows the seasons and the price of fuel. The price in the quote is the price the guest pays.

How long does it take to start?

One minute to sign up; we approve requests within one working day. Then you paste two lines into your website, or print the poster.
